Today I practiced cross in the South Metro.  Smithers and Ped set up a good course.  Legs felt good.  Need to work on smooth re-mounts.  Stock KHS bike is ready for action.

Tuesday is the last Tuff Guy ride.  Punch Pizza 5:30pm.

Remember when we said that we were gonna provide crossniacs with a sweet t-shirt for the 08 season? Well cousins, we printed those pup’s last night and they are beast.  When you pick those up, you are gonna freak like a littl’ girl. fpa 

The Nor Cal/Bay Area race schedule is almost as enviable as the Oregon calendar, as long as you’ve got the time and money to chase all the races up and down the coast. Out here the CX universe is shaped like a big triangle bound by Santa Rosa (North), Monterey (South) and Sacramento (East). Fortunately the series I’m building my season around is mostly within SF city limits which will keep travel time to a minimum, although I am going to try to pick up a few of out-of-town races to fill out my schedule.
