As far as I know, we are the only team dedicated to racing cross. Other teams race road or mountain bike then a very limited few from those teams dabble in cross in the fall.
I like the way we have turned it upside down and use road and mtb etc to get ready for cross. Its unique, not just are dedication to Cyclo-Cross but in that we are a national team based around a new concept of localized action. Each member of the team is a member of
our larger family even if they are the only Crossniac in that State. We base build throughout the spring and summer and complete in non Cyclo-Cross events so when the leaves turn and the temperate drops we are ready to rock. I hope my fellow Crossniacs will join me in racing Cross Bikes in mountain bike races like the Chequamegon Fat 40 , Cable Off-Road Classic, Oxbrow Classic and the Oar to Shore.
