With so numerous weight lifting programs obtainable it was extremely difficult to pick the correct 1 for me. Once I found a single that got me results I stuck with it and I merely modify it occasionally.
The unseen threat in all of this is that as peoplefight to reduce weight levels the resultant effect of all of this then emerges as fitness levels tightens up with less available exercise being taken and more disease becoming prevalent…If Central Governments don’t take a grip soon then we could be facing an obesity problem.
as long as you work on different muscle groups everyday, and give each group a break (IE legs one day, arms another, core the next) then your muscle groups will get rest. make sure you have at least one day a week completely off or maybe with just cardio.
